My general DNWs: incest, teeth trauma (ex: explaining that someone's canines are growing is fine, explaining a tooth injury in detail is not), scat/piss/emeto (the less detail the better but no mention at all is the best), non-con, omegaverse, character bashing, and err away from the heavier side of gore and torture please.
Fandom-specific DNWs, if they exist, will be detailed under that particular fandom.
Opt-Ins: character studies, bittersweet endings, genfics, epistolary or other 'alternative' forms of storytelling, vaguely non-canon moments of tenderness (I'm a big ol' softie)
Regarding NSFW: I am over the age of 21 but please feel no pressure to go this route. I will also specify when I do not want smut written for a prompt in the name of clarity. My DNWs for smut include the general DNWs but I would also appreciate if you refrained from overtly violent sex (Bruises and nail marks are fine. Someone being torn open or gored is unacceptable), non-consensual torture (on the lighter side of torture involves if the character consents to being edged, for instance, that is fine. If they do not however... Also please refrain from more literal torture), sounding (urethral or otherwise), ageplay, and 'snowballing' or any related actions with bodily fluids (I apologize in advance if you have to google that term.)
Honestly I would enjoy having something about any of the family (Leon, Maria, Guy, and Firion) pre-canon! Either exploring their dynamics as a family and let us see what it was like before everything went to rubble or just one of them as an individual, character study style.
I would prefer no smut be written for this prompt though, please.
Individual Prompts: For Edge I would want some character building. What was he like before the sacking of Eblan? Are both of his parents from Eblan, or is his name (Edward Geraldine) the indicator of a parent from another country? If you don't feel like following those avenues, I'll happily take a fic of him bonding with Cuore more post-After Years.
For Ceodore, I'd like him to have the chance to find true closure from the way Biggs and Wedge treated him. It rubbed me the wrong way (as I'm sure it might've done for you) that Ceodore is meant to learn from the neglect of men who, even momentarily, have power over him. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, knowing that Ceodore isn't as popular as his father or Kain. Does that make sense? Just help the little guy find peace. I like him.
For Cuore, I'd love an exploration of how she feels post-game. Yes, Rydia and Edge and Mist are there... but does she sometimes hear the echoes of her fallen sisters? Does she yearn for a home that exists no longer? (Hi Rydia parallel) Or, as with Edge-- if you don't want to go that route of potential angst, I'll always take her bonding with the people around her-- with a favoring for the people in my requested list, hehe.
Shipping or Group Prompts: A lot of my group prompts are the same characters as above, but I'll focus on the ones I didn't talk about already. For Ursula & Yang & Sheila... I just want family shenanigans, darn it. ;-; their story always has the makings of something great but Square apparently doesn't know pacing and they just kinda get shucked to the side. Give them the wholesome family dynamics I know they can have.
(Once again, would prefer no smut but won't hard limit for romantic couples who are not related.)

You can go a funny or dramatic route-- maybe Lani has trouble finding work after the events of the game, or maybe Ruby spends the whole day bossing Blank, Marcus, and Cinna around? (Vivi optional on that latter prompt). Or maybe the two team up for some unlikely reason? I know it's a bit vague, but have fun!
Group Prompts: For Garnet & Beatrix, I'd like to see pre-canon bonding! Were they close or was Garnet scared of one of her most stalwart protectors?
For Ruby & Lowell Bridges, it'd be funny to see a comedy of errors in Lowell participating in one of Ruby's plays while she's separated from Tantalus.
As it goes, no smut for the group prompts please. (2025 is not the year of smut I guess!)

Individual Prompts: All of the individual prompts I nominated this year save Reis are knight templars (or former knight templars in the case of Beowulf) -- I guess what I am asking for is that they get explored pre-canon. Or even during canon. You could do darn near anything with Cletienne for instance, he basically has no personality except that he's faithful and loyal to a fault.
Shipping or Group Prompts: Virtually the same as above! For the shipping prompts (Beowulf/Reis, Argath/Tietra) feel free to go as light or dark as you feel you want to.
